The short version
We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising on this site, and we do not ask you to create an account. We measure how the site is used so we can make it clearer, and we keep the enquiry details you choose to send us so we can quote your job.
What we collect when you browse
- Traffic measurement. Page views, which pages are visited, approximate country, device type, and where you arrived from. This is collected without cookies and cannot identify you personally.
- Behaviour measurement. How far down a page you scroll, how long a page stays open, which buttons and questions you open, and anonymised session recordings that show mouse movement, scrolling and clicks. Recordings automatically mask text typed into form fields.
- Technical information. Browser type, screen size and connection quality, so we can keep the site fast on mobile networks.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for this. If your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal, session recording is switched off automatically.
What we collect when you contact us
The request form on this site stores nothing. It assembles your details into a WhatsApp or email message that you send yourself, so the information travels directly to our operations desk. Once we receive it we hold your name, farm or organisation, phone number, email, region, crop and acreage in order to quote and schedule work, and we keep completed job records as required for regulatory and tax purposes.
We do not add you to any marketing list without asking, and we do not pass your details to other companies.
Video
Videos are hosted on YouTube and load only when you click to play, apart from the muted background clip on the home page. YouTube may set its own cookies when a video plays; we use the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain to limit this.
Your rights
Under Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019 you may ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to admin@flymint.co.ke and we will respond within thirty days.
You can opt out of measurement entirely by enabling “Do Not Track” in your browser settings, or by using a browser extension that blocks analytics scripts. The site works normally either way.
